Realizing the power of building your network marketing list will help to set you apart from the average network marketer. The typical network marketer who purchases leads will call them and then just move on to the next one if the person is not interested. The problem with this approach is that network marketing is all about timing for people.
Just because you contact someone today and they are not interested in joining your business, it does not mean that they will never be interested. For this reason, it is important to be able to add these prospects into a lead funnel where you can set up an automated relationship building communication process.
Once a new lead is added to your funnel you have the ability to market anything you choose to this person until they opt out of your list. As your list begins to grow to thousands and eventually tens of thousands over time, the timing will eventually be “right” for someone on your list virtually everyday of the week. One of the most powerful aspects of building a list is the fact that if you monetize it properly, you can add a constant stream of new leads to your funnel for free.
